Orders are typically processed within 24 Hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or special events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, The Sugar Exchange is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery errors, or carrier-related issues.

Heat & Perishable Items

Many of our products are perishable and may be sensitive to heat. We are not responsible for melted items and do not offer refunds for heat-related damage during shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping perishable items, especially during warmer temperatures.

We strongly recommend choosing local pickup when available for temperature-sensitive items.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Sugar Exchange is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Sugar Exchange is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, verified by tracking number. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for select orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within the designated timeframe provided in the notification.
