Fudge Fundraiser

  • Supporters purchase an 8oz. (approx.) box of fudge for $8.00
  • Your group earns $2 per box sold
  • Once orders are submitted, your group picks up the completed boxes and handles distribution

Truffle Fundraiser

  • Supporters purchase a 12 pack of variety truffles for $17.50
  • Your group earns $2 per box sold
  • Once orders are submitted, your group picks up the completed boxes and handles distribution

Popcorn Fundraiser

  • Supporters purchase a bag of popcorn for $7.50 (approx 6 cups)
  • Your group earns $2 per box sold

Here’s how it works:

  • Your group picks a weeknight from 4:00–8:00 PM
  • Bring your supporters in to shop candy, ice cream, fudge, gifts & more!
  • 20% of all purchases made during those hours will go directly back to your organization

Who can host a fundraiser with The Sugar Exchange?

We partner with schools, PTOs, sports teams, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations. If you’re raising money for a cause that matters, we’d love to work with you.

What types of fundraisers do you offer?

We offer fudge, truffle & popcorn fundraisers, along with Sugar Rush Nights which are an in-house event. We’ll help you choose the best fit based on your goals and timeline.

How long does a fundraiser typically run?

Most fundraisers run between 2–4 weeks, but we’re happy to adjust the timeline to meet your organization’s needs.

Is there any upfront cost to get started?

No. Our fundraisers do not require upfront costs, making them easy and accessible for all groups.

How much can we expect to raise?

Earnings vary based on participation and promotion, but many groups find our fundraisers to be highly successful due to the popularity of our treats.

How does ordering and pickup work?

Supporters place orders during your fundraiser period, All items are then prepared for easy local pickup by your group, whom will then deliver to your supporters. We’ll coordinate pickup details with your organization.

Do you provide promotional support?

Yes! We provide a flyer for Sugar Rush Nights for your group to share on social media. We will also share on our Sugar Exchange page. We also provide you a digital copy of the fundraising form. You are then responsible for printing and distributing to your group.

How and when do we receive our funds?

Funds are distributed after the fundraiser concludes, based on the agreed-upon terms discussed during setup.
