Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for melted items and are unable to offer refunds for products affected by heat during shipping.
That said, your experience matters to us. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part—such as receiving the incorrect item or a defective product—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery will be verified using the tracking number associated with your order. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a reasonable resolution.
The Sugar Exchange is not responsible for refunds or credits for items ordered incorrectly by the customer, including incorrect selections, quantities, or shipping details.
If a credit or replacement is approved due to an error on our part, the request must be submitted within three (3) days of receipt of your order to thesugarexchangejvl@gmail.com. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
