The Suite Spot is a cozy, thoughtfully designed event space featuring exposed brick, antique lighting, and a neutral layout that works beautifully for any occasion. With seating for up to 49 guests, it's the perfect blank canvas for celebrations big on heart and low on hassle.

Whether you're planning a birthday party, shower, or small gathering, The Suite Spot offers an affordable, welcoming place to bring people together.

We believe in transparency and simplicity. Every Suite Spot rental includes:

  • Seating for up to 49 guests
  • Tables and chairs provided (4 - 5ft round tables & 4 - 8ft rectangle tables)
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Sound bar and TV for presentations or slideshows
  • No food restrictions -- bring your own food or cater in
  • Setup and teardown included within your rental time

How Booking Works

Booking The Suite Spot is easy:

  1. Submit an inquiry with your event details
  2. We'll confirm availability and answer any questions
  3. Secure your date with a $75 refundable deposit plus half of rental fee
  4. Remainder of rental fee will be due 14 days before your event
  5. Show up, celebrate, and enjoy

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we decorate the space?
Yes! You’re welcome to decorate as long as you follow the guidelines in our contract. (no glitter, confetti and placing holes in the walls)

Can I get extra time to decorate?
Your booking time will include your time to decorate and tear down, so please be mindful when you are booking that you allow yourself enough time.

Is cleanup required?
Basic cleanup is expected. We will take care of taking down the tables and chairs.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Absolutely. There are no food restrictions, and outside catering is welcome.

Is parking available?
While we don't have a dedicated parking lot, parking is available nearby for guests. Many of the side streets have parking as well as a few public parking lots near us.

How early can we arrive?
Please plan to arrive at your scheduled time. We will not open the doors more than 10 minutes prior to your start time.

What happens if our event runs late?
Events must conclude within the reserved time. Additional time may be charged if available.

What is the maximum guest capacity?
The Suite Spot accommodates up to 49 guests.

Are tables and chairs included?
Yes, all rentals include tables and chairs.

Can we rearrange the furniture?
Yes, the layout can be adjusted to fit your event needs.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the space is accessible.

How do guests enter the space?
Please direct your guests to the front door of The Suite Spot at 215 W Milwaukee St. Downtown Janesville.

Do you offer add-ons or upgrades?
Yes! Candy bars, ice cream stations, hot cocoa bars, and custom favors are available.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for 501(c)(3) organizations.
